From Ms. Turgeon: Band, Orchestra, dancers, and actors: Please check out the camps and experiences that are available for your children this summer. If you are interested in one of the camps I may be able to help 2 students with tuition through APS Fine Arts Dept., but I must submit names by tomorrow (Wed). Let me know which camp you're interested in, your child's name and your preferred email. First two responses will be submitted for consideration for scholaraships! But ALL of these camps are going to be great if your child can participate!

The Canva is a project we all did together--using Ms. Rannals's self-portraits as the interlude, and each line of the song had a slide designed by every kid (or partners) in 5th grade. SO cool! The second video is the live action versions of the songs. I hope you enjoy them! I have had a blast teaching these kids this year. They have been delightful, funny, and kind to each other. From Ms. Turgeon: YES, we do have AC tomorrow. Why stop now? Our *final rehearsal is when we do a CODA (Celebrate, Observe, Decide, Act) on what was successful, what we need to work on, repertoire and events to keep in the loop, and I start planning for next year based on the input. We also do paper plate awards to celebrate the individual kids. *final? A few kids have asked if we can have AC next Thursday, too. I know. Insane. But if they'll come I'll do it. Some folks will be running out the door, off to exotic lands, like their pillow, but for the sweeties who want to stay we can have one last hurrah.

When I woke up this morning instead of feeling a little nervous like I usually do on a concert day I was so excited. I knew it was going to be a wonderful fun show! What a fail at is asking folks to film , and successfully receiving any videos from families . Please please please if you have video please share with me so I can listen back and post this super fun evening!
