NO Hurdle practice this week. Mother Nature is not being kind. We will try to get 1 more week in next week. Please pass the word around.

No hurdle practice this week. We are probably done for the fall unless it is real nice next week. Thank you for your commitment.

We will be inside today after school.

Hurdle work tomorrow after school for those not involved in a fall sport. We will meet on the track.

Hurdle workout will finish up today at 4:30 today. I need to be somewhere by 5pm. See you down on the track, 300's.

I have another meeting after school. Get warmed up and I will be there asap.

We will have hurdle workouts on Monday and Wednesday this week.
