Good morning parents, I wanted to give you instructions on how to preview the video's the students will be presented with for the Reproductive Health and Disease Education: I know a few have asked so you can access it to preview what is discussed in the video. Go to Youtube, search Always Changing and Growing Up - Girls Puberty Education and Always Changing and Growing Up - Boys Puberty Education, both posted by Pineland Learning Center. Please review the following message, if you do NOT want your child to participate in this state required discussion concerning reproductive health and disease education please print and sign the attached form. The video's will be shown tomorrow to the students 3/14/2025 unless the EXEMPT form is signed and given to your child's teacher. Thank you for your cooperation in advance. Angela Harvey

There will be chorus and art club this afternoon. If your child is in either of these clubs, this is a reminder your child will be attending unless you have instructed them differently.

I just received some great news! We originally had a field trip planned to go to South County Pool for October 17th for all of 5th grade and I thought the pool would be closed, turns out they are open so the kids will have their planned pool day. Lunch will be provided. I will be sending home permission slips with them tomorrow and they will need to be signed and returned the next day. All the details will be on the permission slip. Good morning, I hope this message finds you and your family well. I just wanted to let everyone know that I have been thinking about each and every student during this time we have been off. If there is anything you need please reach out and I will do my level best to assist you in any way possible. There is school for the students tomorrow, hopefully we can get back to some normalcy. Additionally, if there is anyone who may need for your student to attend next week at our "camp", due to plans changing. The students are more than welcome, I will just need a permission slip signed, bus transportation will be provided but please let me know as soon as possible, space is limited. Take care and be safe. Good morning, Now that we have completed FAST Testing for Reading and Math and BOY Science Assessments, I have lots of data to share with you. Next week, I will be contacting everyone to set up parent conference's with me. If you would prefer to conference via phone, please let me know so that we can set that up as well. We have our first field trip on Wednesday to the Military Heritage Museum! The field trip permission forms were sent home last week. If you have not already sent in the signed permission slip, please do so tomorrow. Thank you for the three parents who volunteered to attend with us. You can either ride the bus from school with the class or you can meet us at the Museum at 9:30 a.m. Please write on your permission form if your child needs a school lunch provided.
